Key Responsibilities

Lead critical business intelligence initiatives by compiling and reporting high-visibility KPIs including ACV, ARR, NRR, and GRR that directly inform C-suite strategic decisions and drive long-term financial objectives
Architect and implement advanced reporting dashboards and analytical frameworks that provide actionable insights to executive teams across R&D, Go-to-Market, and General & Administrative functions
Execute sophisticated data analysis using enterprise-grade tools like Tableau and Databricks to ensure data integrity and accuracy for mission-critical business metrics
Partner strategically with Investor Relations and Corporate Development teams during quarterly reporting cycles, providing analytical support for SEC filings, earnings presentations, and shareholder communications
Serve as the authoritative expert and primary liaison for complex data inquiries regarding non-GAAP financial metrics, ensuring consistent interpretation across all business units
Drive achievement of ambitious 3-year growth and profitability targets through strategic financial analysis and performance monitoring

Requirements

Education

Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, mathematics, computer science, or related field

Experience

2+ years of experience in Strategic Finance or Investment Banking or Management Consulting or Data/KPI-related function
