Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic legal oversight for Business & Marketing operations with focus on risk management and compliance
Design and implement user-centric legal frameworks across multiple jurisdictions (France, Germany, Italy)
Develop and execute contract performance strategies using innovative Legal Design approaches
Manage cross-border legal compliance for SaaS operations
Direct dispute resolution and litigation prevention strategies
Create and maintain multi-jurisdictional Terms and Conditions
Lead legal training and knowledge sharing initiatives

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in French Law (License + M1 + M2) in IP/IT or Business & International affairs

Experience

8 years total, 6 years as in-house Legal counsel, 5 years focusing on Business & Marketing

Required Skills

Outstanding writing and oral skills in French & English Tech/SaaS industry experience Experience with highly regulated industries German/Italian business teams experience preferred
