Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic people development initiatives for a team of 4 analysts, driving talent attraction, retention, and development while establishing the strategic direction for Business Insights & Analytics integration with APAC Center of Excellence
Generate transformative business insights through advanced analytics and data connections, building enterprise-wide analytical capabilities and identifying opportunities for innovative data acquisition and proof-of-concept testing
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with commercial leaders to drive insight-based decision making, surface critical business opportunities and risks, and collaborate on customer and product optimization strategies
Direct the annual Business & Strategic Planning process including patient forecast model development, sales consolidation, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance teams to continuously improve planning processes
Serve as an active member of the BIA Leadership Team and extended Commercial Excellence leadership team, leading innovative medicine and center of excellence initiatives across the organization

Requirements

Education

University/Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent, MBA or Masters preferred in the field of Business/Marketing/Economics/Life Science

Experience

10+ years related commercial experience
