Key Responsibilities

Strategic oversight of laboratory quality management systems within Chemical Pathology and Haematology Division
Expert medical consultation and interpretation of complex pathology test results
Leadership of laboratory staff including performance management and professional development
Strategic planning and management of laboratory resources including equipment procurement and facility management
Development and implementation of laboratory service improvements and innovations
On-call clinical pathology service coverage

Requirements

Education

Medical qualification registrable in Hong Kong under Medical Registration Ordinance

Experience

Minimum 5 years post-registration experience in Pathology, Chemical Pathology or Haematology

Certifications
