Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic workstream development and implementation for hydrogen technology scale-up
Direct cross-functional project management across international teams
Oversee operational excellence initiatives and process optimization
Manage complex stakeholder relationships including department heads and executive leadership
Drive KPI development and performance monitoring across multiple business units
Coordinate technology implementation and IT landscape transformation
Guide organizational development and capacity planning
