Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic oversight of multiple complex projects simultaneously with budgets up to $30M, directly impacting organizational growth and market position
Drive cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, IT, Commercial, HR and Administration to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Science, Engineering). Master's degree preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in project management, with a significant portion leading complex, cross-functional projects
