Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic transformation of a national Traffic Management Assistance System (TMAS) as part of a major IT modernization initiative
Drive business analysis activities to support the deployment and digital transformation of SAGT systems across multiple stakeholder environments
Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between design, engineering, and business units to ensure seamless product configuration and parameterization
Execute comprehensive testing strategies and campaigns while monitoring system anomalies and validating business-critical fixes
Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications
Develop and document functional impact studies and general specifications for new feature implementations
Provide strategic guidance to project owners and end users throughout the system transformation lifecycle
