Key Responsibilities

Lead integrated project management approach for specialized concrete forming projects, overseeing schedule, budget, risk and quality management across multiple high-value construction sites
Drive process excellence by establishing and maintaining project management center of excellence while leading change management initiatives in a rapidly scaling organization
Orchestrate complex stakeholder coordination including contractors, field personnel, production teams, and customers to ensure project delivery ahead of schedule
