Key Responsibilities

Strategic oversight of major infrastructure projects including rail, bridges and civil works with direct P&L responsibility
Leadership of cross-functional teams and stakeholder management across complex project ecosystems
Financial management including cost control, margin forecasting and change order administration
Risk management and mitigation across project lifecycle phases
Development and execution of project management strategies affecting community infrastructure
Mentorship and career development of project managers and superintendents
Quality control program implementation ensuring compliance with industry standards
Client relationship management and dispute resolution at senior levels

Requirements

Education

Technical trade certificate minimum; Technical Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business preferred

Experience

15+ years of direct construction project management experience required, primarily in transit/rail sector
