Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic oversight of €8M European Horizon project involving 22 partners across 13 countries
Drive implementation of Nature Based Solutions (NBS) for water resource management
Manage complex stakeholder relationships across international consortium
Oversee project deliverables, KPIs, and risk management processes
Direct financial management and reporting for multi-million euro budget
Lead cross-functional integration with other Trust water management initiatives
Represent organization at high-level European conferences and assemblies
Develop and maintain project communication strategies and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
Education
A degree (or equivalent qualification or experience) in ecology environmental science, agriculture, or a related discipline
