Key Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of enterprise-wide Quality Management System (QMS) for software development
Drive regulatory compliance and certification maintenance for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards
Spearhead EHS initiatives and sustainability practices in software development lifecycle
Manage quality audits and continuous improvement programs
Develop and execute training programs for quality standards compliance
Create and maintain quality metrics and KPIs for executive reporting

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, with a focus on software quality

Experience

Longterm experience in IT Quality Management or Quality Management Systems

Required Skills

Technical background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering Business Process Management (BPM) expertise Business Process Automation (BPA) knowledge ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards proficiency Change management experience Quality management systems expertise
