Key Responsibilities

Lead complex multi-country clinical trial contract negotiations and budgeting
Manage site-specific contract development and harmonization with master service agreements
Oversee quality control and execution of Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs)
Drive contract management processes and documentation across multiple stakeholders
Provide strategic support for business development initiatives
Mentor junior staff and maintain training materials
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions

Requirements

Education

BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Health, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced degree preferred

Experience

Moderate contracts management experience in CRO or pharmaceutical industry
