Key Responsibilities

Drive master data accuracy, consistency and reliability across SAP and integrated enterprise systems, ensuring business continuity and operational excellence
Deliver strategic customer service by establishing strong internal stakeholder relationships and providing timely responses to critical business requests
Ensure enterprise-wide process compliance and business rule enforcement through comprehensive support and governance oversight
Manage all communications through NOVA system to maintain transparency and accountability in service delivery
Oversee multiple complex MDM processes including Material Management, Commercial operations, and Packaging workflows that directly impact business performance
Lead DEMS Review processes, conduct strategic internal Data Audits, and drive MDM Continuous Improvement Initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency

Requirements

Education

Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Data Analytics or a scientific subject such as Chemistry or Food Sciences

Experience

Experience with SAP is an advantage
