Key Responsibilities

Lead structural engineering initiatives for the newly established Dubai office
Supervise and mentor junior engineers while building local engineering team
Develop and execute forensic engineering solutions for heavy industrial structures
Manage project lifecycles including planning, scheduling, and coordination
Interface with clients, engineers, suppliers, and officials for technical resolution
Conduct technical presentations and lead effective project meetings
Perform advanced structural analysis and design using specialized software

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Experience

10+ years
