Key Responsibilities

Lead industrialization of new EUV Source program components with focus on CPD software applications
Create and implement manufacturability and serviceability requirements for new designs
Develop and optimize software solutions for calibration, performance, and diagnostics
Train field and factory teams on service and manufacturing procedures
Provide international technical support at customer and supplier sites
Drive testing and validation of new modules in production environment

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree in Industrial engineering, mechatronics engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, software engineering or applied physics

Experience

At least 4 years of relevant experience in multi-disciplined team
