Key Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of comprehensive test programs for maritime defense products
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior test engineers
Develop and maintain test frameworks and methodologies
Manage testing at external facilities and coordinate with OEMs
Create detailed test plans and risk assessments
Ensure compliance with classification society standards

Requirements

Education

Degree or preferably a Master's in a relevant Engineering subject

Experience

Minimum 5 years in Test Engineering environment
