Key Responsibilities

Lead complex portfolio restructuring for high-risk exposures across EMEA region
Develop and implement strategic workout and liquidation strategies to minimize capital risk
Drive financial restructuring initiatives including operational turnaround assessment
Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple jurisdictions
Coordinate with internal and external advisors on restructuring processes
Analyze and restructure credit risk and capital structures

Requirements

Education

Academic degree in Finance and/or Economics and/or Law or equivalent

Experience

Several years of international structuring or restructuring experience
