Key Responsibilities

Lead product design and commercial deployment of service contract programs across multiple brands
Drive customer retention and brand quality perception through strategic program management
Coordinate with HQ for product development and pricing strategies
Manage stakeholder relationships including CCF, Network, Brand and Fleet departments
Develop and execute communication and training plans
Monitor market performance and adjust tactics to meet objectives
