Key Responsibilities

Lead service sustaining team with full ownership of prioritization, requirements, budgeting, and resource planning
Drive continuous improvement of system hardware, diagnostics, and software across product lifecycle
Serve as central technical interface between engineering, manufacturing, support, and field teams
Optimize serviceability and reduce cost-of-service while improving product revenue performance
Manage spare parts strategy and service lifecycle planning for mature products
Lead validation of End-of-Life (EOL) and Last-Time-Buy (LTB) processes

Requirements

Education

Master's Level Degree or above in electrical/electronic/mechanical/optics engineering

Experience

Minimum 5 years in engineering development, sustaining, and continuous improvement
