Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic procurement initiatives across Amazon's European operations network, managing complex projects with high financial impact and time-sensitive deliverables in ambiguous environments
Lead stakeholder relationship management across multiple business functions, ensuring exceptional service delivery through comprehensive scope analysis and strategic vendor negotiations for regional and European-wide projects
Execute advanced data analytics and performance metrics reporting using enterprise systems to identify procurement opportunities, assess supply chain risks, and optimize vendor performance across the European network
Manage end-to-end procurement operations from needs identification through contract implementation, utilizing Coupa ERP and other enterprise tools to deliver complex RFI/RFQ processes across multiple countries and business units
Develop and execute comprehensive contractual frameworks including Work Orders and Master Supply Agreements, ensuring contract compliance and driving effective Contract Lifecycle Management processes
Lead national and EU-wide procurement transformation initiatives including sustainability programs, cost optimization strategies, and process improvements through collaboration with global procurement teams and finance partners
Establish governance frameworks for supplier performance management, conducting Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure service level excellence in delivery, quality, and maintenance while optimizing invoicing and payment processes
Function as Subject Matter Expert for strategic category management, identifying value creation opportunities through sophisticated cost and revenue management approaches including operational savings and long-term strategic contracts
Champion Amazon's sustainability objectives by embedding environmental goals into procurement processes, reducing waste, promoting material reuse, and ensuring Corporate Social Responsibility compliance across vendor relationships
Serve as compliance ambassador for company spending policies, educating internal stakeholders and driving behavioral change toward procurement policy adherence while leading strategic reviews with senior management

Education

Bachelor's Degree with Procurement or Supply Chain or significant Procurement experience
