Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic direction for social performance and community engagement across renewable energy portfolio
Manage and develop team of 4-8 professionals across multiple disciplines
Oversee community and stakeholder relationships for up to 15 major infrastructure projects
Direct policy development and implementation for social performance initiatives
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Development, Construction, Legal, and Finance
Drive community engagement strategies aligned with regulatory requirements
Manage project risk assessment and mitigation strategies

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree or certification preferred

Experience

Substantial professional experience in social performance of infrastructure projects
