Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic social policy development and implementation for community safety initiatives
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on community safety and social issues
Develop and evaluate evidence-based programs and policies
Manage stakeholder relationships across government and community partners
Provide expert advisory services on social planning and community safety
Design and implement community research projects
Prepare comprehensive analysis reports and recommendations
Requirements
Education
A degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Political Studies, Criminology or a related discipline
Experience
Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in working with and implementation of strategy and/or policy development
