Key Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based psychosocial support services to Aboriginal community members
Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop tailored care plans
Provide case management and advocacy for complex client needs

Education

Social Work degree recognised or accredited by the AASW

Experience

3 years of social work experience (excluding placement) in a recognised field of social work
