Key Responsibilities
Deliver evidence-based psychosocial support services to restore client socio-economic and cultural functioning
Conduct comprehensive screenings and assessments for complex cases involving mental health, family violence, and substance use
Implement intensive case management strategies for high-need clients
Facilitate therapeutic interventions through individual counseling and group work
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams across medical, therapeutic, and cultural support streams

Requirements
Education
Social Work degree recognised or accredited by the AASW
Experience
3 years of social work experience (excluding placement) in a recognised field of social work
