Key Responsibilities

Lead mental health service delivery within school communities through early identification and intervention programs
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
Coordinate multi-disciplinary care teams across education and healthcare sectors
Implement family-based interventions for complex cases with challenging dynamics

Requirements

Education

Masters degree in Social Work

Experience

Minimum two (2) years experience providing mental health services to preschoolers, children and adolescents
