Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic S&OP process integration across demand and supply functions with direct impact on business KPIs
Drive cross-functional decision-making through scenario analysis and performance metrics management
Spearhead capacity planning and optimization for multi-site international manufacturing network
Manage critical business performance indicators including inventory, write-offs, and supply chain efficiency
Direct process improvement initiatives and system optimization projects
Facilitate stakeholder alignment across global business units

Requirements

Education

Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management/ (Technical) Business Administration or APICS certification

Experience

3-4 years of experience in (Sales and Operations) Planning within FMCG or Food environment
