Key Responsibilities

Lead application lifecycle management for core HR systems serving 400K+ employees
Design and implement enterprise-scale software solutions with focus on Employee Central
Drive continuous improvement and optimization of HR technology platforms
Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations
Ensure system security, compliance and performance standards
Participate in 24/7 on-call support rotation
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Configure and optimize production environments

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Economics or comparable field

Experience

5-7 years of relevant experience
