Key Responsibilities

Lead technical assessments and quality control of power and special transformers throughout European supplier network
Manage complete transformer lifecycle from conception through maintenance strategy
Conduct on-site technical testing and final acceptance at supplier facilities
Implement and document asset management strategies using specialized software systems
Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives for transformer technology
Collaborate on troubleshooting and technical problem resolution
Develop and optimize maintenance and renewal strategies

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering/Energy Technology or comparable qualification

Experience

Relevant professional experience with high-voltage equipment, preferably transformers
