Key Responsibilities

Lead stabilization and restructuring efforts for at-risk financial institutions
Manage FINMA-mandated liquidation, restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings
Represent FINMA in interactions with domestic and international criminal, civil and administrative authorities
Coordinate with external contractors and specialists on complex proceedings
Drive strategic decision-making in crisis situations

Requirements

Education

University degree in law or economics or comparable education

Experience

2-5 years experience in insolvency and restructuring procedures and/or financial market law

Required Skills
