Key Responsibilities

Strategic Safety Leadership: Direct safety and security operations for 1,800+ employees across multiple facilities in eastern NC
Regulatory Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to OSHA, NFPA, DHS, and DOT regulations while developing comprehensive safety policies
Emergency Response Command: Lead incident command team and coordinate emergency response activities
Performance Optimization: Develop and track KPIs to continuously improve safety metrics and operational efficiency
Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with operational leaders to implement safety solutions and manage security personnel

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Safety & Heath, or Industrial Health Management, or Occupational Health & Safety, or related degree such as Safety Engineering

Experience

10+ years experience in manufacturing safety management with multi-site responsibility
