Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic HR leadership by serving as a thought partner to the CEO and leadership team on organization design, succession planning, and talent optimization to shape company direction
Prepare comprehensive Board and investor updates on workforce metrics, DEI progress, and total-rewards benchmarking to demonstrate organizational health and progress
Provide transformational leadership and management coaching to HR team members while delivering operational HR support across all business units
Lead talent acquisition strategy including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding and offboarding activities to build world-class teams
Partner with key stakeholders to identify organizational goals and translate priorities into innovative HR solutions that drive business outcomes
Proactively identify potential roadblocks and opportunities, leveraging HR expertise to provide strategic input and solutions
