Lead specifications and architecture design for complex analog/mixed signal circuits
Design high-performance analog blocks including PLLs, VCOs, and specialized sensors
Drive circuit simulation and verification processes using advanced toolsets
Collaborate with layout teams on floor planning and verification
Conduct silicon validation and lab testing using specialized equipment
Provide technical leadership in analog circuit development

Requirements

Education

Master or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience

5+ years of related experience in analog/mixed signal IC design

Solid track record in CMOS and/or BiCMOS IC design Knowledge of integrated circuit design Device physics expertise Advanced process technology understanding PLL design experience VCO, phase detector, and charge pump circuit design Circuit noise theory knowledge Phase noise concepts mastery Proficiency in Cadence analog/mixed signal simulation Analog/Mixed Signal design flow expertise Verification procedures (DRC/LVS/ERC) knowledge Transistor-level simulation capability
