Key Responsibilities

Lead development of novel computational methods for genomic data interpretation with direct impact on healthcare outcomes
Drive high-performance algorithm implementation in C/C++ for FPGA-accelerated DRAGEN platform
Spearhead cross-functional collaboration with FPGA, software, and clinical teams to ensure seamless integration
Direct customer engagement and requirements gathering to shape product evolution
Lead technical documentation and knowledge transfer across diverse stakeholder groups
Guide project teams and provide technical leadership in genomic analysis solutions

Requirements

Education

Ph.D. in computer science, engineering, statistics, bioinformatics, or related field, or Master's degree with additional experience

Experience

Ph.D. with 3+ years experience or Master's with 6+ years experience
