Key Responsibilities

Lead electron optical design and verification for high-end Material Science TEM microscopes
Define and implement innovative electron optics solutions
Drive technical feasibility assessments and decision-making
Conduct validation of module and system specifications including DoE
Serve as primary electron optics technical contact across engineering teams
Collaborate with Operations Engineering and Global Technical Services
Lead new optics modules development and implementation

Requirements

Education

Master or PhD Degree in a technical field, preferably Physics, or Applied Physics

Experience

3+ years in similar role in high-tech industry
