Key Responsibilities

Lead global financial planning and control processes for Allianz Partners
Drive strategic decision-making through financial analysis and recommendations to Board of Management
Manage consolidated financial planning and reporting across regions and business lines
Execute transformation initiatives across Planning & Controlling function
Coordinate with AZ Group divisions for reporting and management dialogues
Direct productivity controlling with focus on IT cost management

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. Advanced training in Corporate Finance, preferably with Master's degree or MBA

Experience

Minimum of 7 years experience within Financial Department
