Key Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle management of complex subcontracts for military and commercial aviation programs
Develop and evaluate technical bid packages and conduct bidders' conferences
Negotiate and coordinate contract changes with suppliers
Prepare detailed specifications, work statements, and terms/conditions
Ensure procurement alignment with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
Develop and implement procurement policies
Execute supplier agreements within designated authority levels

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/combined education

Experience

6 years professional experience or 4 years with related Master's degree
