Key Responsibilities

Lead AS9102 First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) reviews and assessments with direct impact on product quality and compliance
Conduct comprehensive supplier audits and assessments to ensure adherence to Boeing technical requirements
Drive quality improvement initiatives through training development and implementation
Perform technical inspections on complex hardware and electrical assemblies
Manage investigation processes for product rejections and quality incidents
Evaluate supplier capabilities for current and future contract requirements

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree (or Master's degree with reduced experience requirement)

Experience

5 years with Bachelor's degree or 3 years with Master's degree
