Key Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive supplier performance assessment programs including industrial maturity and QMS evaluations
Drive strategic supplier improvement initiatives through KPI monitoring and corrective action implementation
Manage crisis mitigation and recovery planning for critical suppliers
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder relationships between procurement, quality, and engineering teams
Develop and execute supplier development strategies to ensure supply chain optimization

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field. Master's degree is a plus

Experience

Minimum 6 years in supplier performance management with 5 years in capacity assessment
