Key Responsibilities

Strategic oversight of weekend and holiday supply chain operations for fresh/frozen baked goods
Independent critical decision-making for operational challenges including equipment failures and logistics issues
Leadership of daily production monitoring and coordination meetings
Cross-facility production optimization and resource allocation
KPI management targeting 98.5% fill rate achievement
Development and execution of transport logistics planning
Inventory control and returnable packaging management

Requirements

Education

Post-secondary degree from recognized University or College (Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, Statistics or Mathematics preferred)

Experience

1 year of related work experience or equivalent co-op/internship
