Key Responsibilities

Lead product owner collaboration in facilitating discovery sessions and requirements workshops, driving strategic business user engagement and digital transformation initiatives
Execute comprehensive documentation of discovery sessions, data flow, and process flow analysis, identifying critical gaps and improvement opportunities that directly impact operational efficiency
Orchestrate end-to-end data management including source identification, collection through automated and manual processes, data sourcing, cleaning, transformation, and organization into business-ready formats
Design, develop, and deploy advanced reports and dashboards utilizing cutting-edge data visualization techniques, generating executive-level business presentations and formal analytical reports
Plan and execute strategic master data consolidation and metadata documentation projects in partnership with product owners, ensuring data governance excellence
Provide comprehensive project documentation support to product owners, maintaining organizational knowledge and process continuity
Lead training and mentoring initiatives for Internal Data Champions, building organizational analytical capabilities through coaching and knowledge transfer

Requirements

Education

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related STEM field

Experience

Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in the domain of business analytics

Required Skills

Proven experience working with senior business stakeholders Proven experience with Power BI & DAX for analytics and data visualization Hands-on experience with SQL, Python or PySpark, with the ability to write production-ready code A sound understanding of the data modeling concepts and their applications across various use cases Experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain is highly desirable Experience with data science techniques and predictive methods for statistical quality and forecasting analysis is highly desirable Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Databricks or Azure Familiarity with data governance, master data, and metadata management Familiarity with project management tools like Jira & confluence Knowledge of SAP S4 and understanding relevant data tables is a significant plus but not mandatory Knowledge of Figma and UX principles is a significant plus but not mandatory Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and UiPath is a significant plus but not mandatory
