Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic supply chain planning initiatives across four 6-month rotations
Drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and tools implementation
Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including S&OP meetings and ITP processes
Oversee global inventory control and plant performance optimization
Develop and execute production scheduling strategies
Monitor and manage project portfolios affecting product offerings
Conduct data analysis and stakeholder presentations
Implement innovative supply chain solutions

Requirements

Education

Master's degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Pharmaceutical Business, Project Management, MBA, or related fields

Experience

Recent graduate with relevant internship experience
