Manage temperature excursions for clinical trial materials across local depots and clinical sites
Execute pre-production activities for clinical trial packaging
Support Packaging Operations and Clinical Interface teams
Maintain documentation in trial master file systems
Manage inventory movement and stock positioning across network
Participate in quality monitoring and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

Education

University Degree or equivalent experience

Experience

Previous experience in pharmaceutical environment

Required Skills

Strong Oral & Written communication skills Proficient IT skills in Microsoft office suite Understanding of clinical packaging and manufacturing terminology Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Time management and workload prioritization Cross-departmental collaboration Attention to detail Experience with AI technology (preferred) Packaging and logistics experience (preferred)
