Key Responsibilities

Strategic oversight of tactical and operational planning for premium cream product portfolio
Cross-functional leadership in demand-supply cycle optimization with global stakeholders

KPI management focusing on cost optimization, cash flow, and service level excellence

Requirements

Education

Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management

Experience

Experience in planning tooling like SAP APO or equivalent

Required Skills

Knowledge of planning and inventory management principles Experience in working in multi-functional groups and matrix organization Understanding of integral Dairy Supply chain Well-developed Analytical Skills Good Communication and clear decision making capabilities Adaptability to work throughout all organizational layers Fluency in Dutch & English

Certifications

APICS (or equivalent) if Bachelor/Master not in SC Management
