Lead strategic technical guidance for enterprise identity solutions across Workforce and Customer Identity Clouds
Drive customer success through technical consultation and best practice recommendations
Manage portfolio of mid-market accounts focusing on adoption and retention

Create technical content for internal and external enablement

Requirements
Education
BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline or equivalent work experience required
Experience
4+ years of total experience in information technology, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) or comparable practitioner role in the IAM space
