Key Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce solution architecture and design initiatives, creating sophisticated data models and integration frameworks that drive business transformation and operational efficiency across Medicare & Medicaid Services operations

Provide strategic implementation support and client guidance, including development of comprehensive training resources and change management materials
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by researching and analyzing existing requirements gathering processes, developing enhancement strategies that leverage industry best practices
Establish reporting requirements and data collection methodologies, creating frameworks for ongoing system performance analysis and optimization
Conduct advanced data analysis for system requirements assessment, evaluating system and network performance to ensure optimal service delivery to customers
Prepare and deliver executive-level technical reports and briefings based on expert data interpretation, presenting findings to internal teams and CMS leadership
Provide strategic system and network recommendations to ensure superior customer service delivery and operational excellence
Serve as primary interface with Subject Matter Experts, managing knowledge transfer and ensuring technical accuracy across all initiatives
