Key Responsibilities

Lead development of user and service documentation for advanced semiconductor testing equipment
Create detailed technical content covering electronic measurement, test program coding, and hardware design
Collaborate with R&D, Application Engineering, and Product Support teams to maintain technical accuracy
Implement DITA standards using Eclipse-based Oxygen XML Editor and GIT version control
Develop comprehensive documentation for Advantest V93000 chip test systems

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's, master's or other university degree in science or engineering (electrical engineering, physics, computer science) or technical documentation

Experience

Prior technical documentation experience required
