Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver technical training programs across global regions through multiple modalities (virtual, in-person, hybrid)
Design and facilitate interactive learning experiences combining theoretical knowledge with practical applications
Guide hands-on lab exercises and troubleshooting sessions focusing on enterprise solutions
Develop and validate technical training content across networking, security, and cloud domains
Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to enhance training effectiveness
Evaluate and assess technical competency of sales professionals
Contribute to continuous improvement of global training programs

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

Experience

Minimum 5 years experience in technical sales or sales engineering roles
