Key Responsibilities

Strategic portfolio leadership - developing comprehensive technology strategy aligned with organizational objectives
Financial oversight and budget management across multiple complex technical projects
Risk management and mitigation strategy development at portfolio level
Vendor relationship management and performance optimization
Implementation of hybrid Agile-PRINCE2 methodology framework

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or relevant applied industry experience

Experience

8+ years of experience in technical project management, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role
