Key Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive technical scope management for complex power distribution projects from sales handover to successful project closure, ensuring all stakeholder requirements are met
Drive technical alignment between project teams and customers, facilitating seamless communication and project execution across multiple stakeholder groups
Support project managers in technical risk mitigation through rapid knowledge sharing and coordinated approach implementation for maximum project effectiveness
Conduct detailed analysis of technical drawings and specifications to determine precise electrical requirements for datacenter, utilities, and oil & gas applications
Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams including application engineers, product engineers, power system engineers, and quality engineers to ensure optimal project delivery
Develop and manage critical technical documentation including single line diagrams, layouts, site methods, and commissioning processes for project execution
Monitor and control project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of all technical documentation and deliverables
Ensure compliance with health and safety codes while maintaining highest quality standards throughout project lifecycle
Execute comprehensive quality assurance processes for electrical components and generate detailed project reports
Lead root cause analysis initiatives during quality events to prevent future occurrences and improve processes
Provide on-site technical support during critical project phases including commissioning and troubleshooting activities

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree from an accredited institution in Electrical Engineering

Experience

2-5 years of experience in Electrical design from a system perspective (MV/LV), 2-5 years of experience in Customer Project Management, 2-5 years of experience in Datacenter construction project is a plus

Required Skills
