Key Responsibilities

Lead product release and work preparation teams in Agile environment, managing EMC, Test, and Production engineers
Serve as Product Owner representing stakeholder interests and managing product backlog
Drive full spectrum release activities from system test requirements to product deployment
Manage technical resource allocation and budget adherence for military communication systems
Coordinate with international stakeholders and supply chain for product development
Oversee EMC testing and endurance testing processes
Define and execute sprint planning with development teams
Ensure compliance with military-grade communication standards

Requirements

Education

Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering

Experience
